[*]Do not prop climb, surf, kill, block, bridge, push, trap or spam. [*][Body-blocking is not allowed if you are doing it to troll or be annoying. [*]No Bunny Hopping. [*]Do NOT use any sort of hack/script [*]Do not abuse the spawn protection to avoid being killed in RP situations. [*]Scamming is not allowed. You need to give the player what hraide/she paid for. [*]Do not kill people for being annoying without a clear warning. The warning must be in /advert, and give them 10 seconds to comply. [*]You can NOT put any material/invisible color on your vehicle. Only make changes to your car through the car dealer. [*]Do not mess with Staff on Duty. They are OOC players to help other users to play by the rules and obey them. [*]Do not ban evade by going on alternative accounts. We will simply punish the alternative account and increase the ban on your main account. [*]Do not RDM. (Random Deathmatch). Biting as pet also counts as RDM! [*]Do not break NLR (New Life Rule) [*]Fear RP, if someone is pointing a gun at you, you are not allowed to take out a weapon or run away. You need to fear the gun. After you get shot/shot at by the person keeping you under gunpoint, you are allowed to try run away to save yourself. [*]Do not meta game, this means you are not allowed to talk in OOC(Out of character) while IC(In character), Example: You can not ask someone to come to a place in OOC. [*]You're not allowed to make someone wanted for the reason 'RDM, CDM, Propkilling Etc. or kill people breaking rules. Call a staff member instead using" @[message] " [*]No racism. This is strict even if you RP as a racist we will punish you. This may result in an immediate ban. [*]Do NOT abuse the "sit-anywhere script". [*]Do NOT place your printers on unreachable spots (e.g. on top of the appartment) [*]You must always have a reason to place a hit on someone, hitman must ALWAYS ask the reason [*]Do not mic spam. (Including soundboards of any type) [*]Don't speak or joke about DDOS, even in role-play. (If you break this rule, expect permanent ban) [*]Do not disconnect, suicide, change jobs, etc to get out of a role-play situation. [*]Kill on sight (KoS) signs are only allowed inside of your base, meaning it can't be outside of you base nor on the sidewalk. [*]Do not argue or use caps in OOC. [*]You can only defend (/advert counter) other players from the same org or team. [*]You cannot combine adverts. (eg. /advert raid/assist/counter/mug) [*]After being tased or knocked out, you cannot pull up a gun, as this is failRP. [*]Just because it's not specifically stated in the rules doesn't mean it's not a rule. Some rules are implied. Use common sense. [*]Do not blow up cars without a valid reason, randomly shooting cars will result in a warning or even a ban! [u][b]Cooldown[/b][/u] Mug cooldown is 10 minutes. Assisting in a mug gives you the same cooldown. Raid cooldown is 15 minutes (and can't raid the same person for 40 minutes). Assisting in a raid gives you the same cooldown Kidnap cooldown is 10 minutes (and you can't kidnap the same person for 20 minutes) Carjack cooldown is 10 minutes Bank cooldown is 20 minutes [u][b]Job rules[/b][/u] [list] [*]Hobos may not own doors, houses, apartments, printers nor anything really, since they are homeless. This include cars and weapons. [*]Do not throw shoes at people randomly as a hobo, only if you have a good reason. (Someone calls you scum/humiliate you etc.) [*]Dealer's can't base with any gangs. They must make their own shops. [*]Dealer's can print money, but must use the shop as their base. [*]Do not abuse jobs, Example: Don't switch jobs to a cop to unarrest your friend. [*]You can NOT change the job name to another one (e.g. Thief -> Citizen; Kidnapper -> Citizen). [*]You canont steal Miners/Lumberjack cart's. [*]As a kidnapper you can NOT kidnap in or near spawn [*]Kidnap cannot last longer than 15 minutes. [*]Kidnapped players cannot be sold as slaves. [*]Max ransom for kidnapped player is 15k [*]Civilian jobs can only use handguns for self defence. Example a Citizen cannot run around with a M4A1. (Civilian jobs examples; hobo, medic, pharmacist, lumberjack etc, etc.) [*]Security guard cannot be hired by criminals. (Can be hired by Gundealers, Bank owner Pharmacist, etc, etc.) [*]You can self supply weapons as along as there are no gun dealers online. [*]Tagging inside someone's base can be K.O.S (Killed on sight) [*]Using the jukebox cannot be used just to annoy. (eg. earrape music). [/list] Law and Government jobs: [list] [*]As a government member you cannot act like a criminal or be corrupt. [*]As a government member you cannot have a base, the PD is your home. [*]As law enforcement you cannot have money printers as this is an basic illegal item to have. This is counted as FailRP/Corrupt CP Unless stored at the bank. [*]Do not randomly weapon check people as a government member. [*]Do not kill other government members as a government member.. [*]As Police/S.W.A.T/FBI you are only allowed to shoot wanted players when they try to escape or start shooting at you. [*]The secret service agents must stay with the president at all time. If there is no president then you must stay at the PD and guard it. You are not allowed to roam the streets. [*]Secret service is not a police job! You can report criminal activity to the police [*]Mayor can only have a handgun for self defence. The mayor cannot act against criminals , he can only /warrant or /wanted. [/list] [b][u]Base and Building Rules[/u][/b] [list] [*]Keypads must be working, have a hold length of 5 seconds, and be placed near the door they open. [*]Keypads and buttons must be visible and easily accessible, and their function must be clear. [*]You must own all doors in a base, or a staff member can force you to move out (By selling your doors/removing props etc etc [*]Do not build fading doors in front of a normal door. [*]You must own all the doors inside your base, this is also counted as if you want to own a hotel or apartment block. [*]Glow Effect Abuse is the basic rule but it applies to all effects that hurt eyes or make the raid impossible (like the black material) [*]Do not make no-collided doors in your base. (This include fading doors that don't change materials when opened) [*]Between fading doors there MUST be space for at least 2 players. [*]Do not make tunnels where you can shoot people's heads. [*]Do not make one way shooters. One way see-through props count as one way shooters. [*]Do not build doom forts, for example a doorway with one way shooters so you can shoot the raiders easily but they can't shoot you. [*]You are not allowed to build on the streets. Hobos can build on the sidewalk and parking lots. [*]You are only allowed to have 5 fading doors in your base [*]Do not build on non-accessible roofs, you are only allowed to build on roofs that are accessible without using any props. [*]Do not block off areas of the map. You are not allowed to block off roads, tunnels Etc. [*]A player must be able to enter and exit your building without having to destroy any props. [*]Do not build inside unowned buildings or ones that you do not own. [*]Do not block off large parts of the map, or any place where NPC spawn. [*]While building, put up a sign that states "BUILDING" to let others know not to mess with you. Once you are finished building, remove the sign. While building, you should not have any printers or other entities. If you do, those entities can be removed. [*]Do not interfere with people that have a "BUILDING" sign. [*]No GIFs or offensive material on text signs and keep your signs in role-play (no random signs). (This also apply to tagging) [*]Fading doors cannot be connected to a button, only keypad. [*]Do not attach props to car exterior. Props can only be used inside a car. (like inside the back of the truck or Transit) [*]Do not make crouch bases/tunnels. [*]Do not hide your keypads as stated above. Keypads must be visible at all time! [*]Do not make bases that force people to crouch or jump [*]Do not make bases that you can only see and they cant example placing props to only see there feet [/list] [u][b]Raiding[/b][/u] [list] [*]Do not use a raiding tool on a base unless you enter and attempt to raid. [*]You may raid someone who is already being raided as long as you completely raid the base (Do not just kill the existing raiders). [*]You cannot use hotkeys on fading doors during raids! you must use keypad! [*]You can NOT spawn any props/ammo while raiding/getting raided.. [*]Always OOC Raid, Mug, Kidnap and Counter. (CP's can counter criminal activity without advert.) [*]The max mug amount is 5.000$ [*]Be sure the player you're trying to mug heard you. [*]You must indicate you are raiding if you kill the owner / member outside there base [/list] [u][b]Lockdown Rules[/b][/u] A lockdown MUST have a valid reason (e.g. due to raid attack) A lockdown is not reason to KOS (kill on sight) Cops may arrest players if they do not return to their homes, but have to be warned first. The reason must be adverted (e.g. /broadcast Please return to your homes, There has been a terror attack [lockdown] A lockdown cannot last more than 30 minutes.
